Refund Policy of the Registration Fee.

The registration fee is a donation towards the operation of NVLL. The following is North Valley's Refund Policy of the registration fee. All other funds collected from fundraisers, sponsorships, etc…are not refundable.

In order to receive any refund due, the parent/guardian of a player must submit a letter to the Board requesting a refund and stating the reason as to why the player is resigning from North Valley Little League. No refunds will be processed without this letter.

Amount of refund will be based on the following situations:

A player who resigns, quits, or is loss for the season due to injury:

Prior to the beginning of the regular playing season but before the uniform is issued a $25 administrative fee will be charged and the remaining balance will be refunded.

After the uniforms have been issued and prior to the beginning of the regular playing season, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

There will be no refund of the registration fee after the start of the regular season.

Mistakenly registered from outside our boundary:

Will receive a full refund minus a $5 transaction fee.

Late registration:

Players placed on a waiting list and are not placed on a team by opening day will received a full refund minus a $5 transaction fee.
