RETURNING PLAYER...in  most cases we have copies of the returning player's birth certificate and

3 proof of residencies on file. If not we will contact you to provide the needed documents at a later time.

NEW PLAYERS...please take required documents at any of the sign-up locations or

mail to North Valley Little League, PO Box 612653, San Jose, CA 95161-2653

LATE SIGNUPS...when you are called to be placed on a team you will be

asked to provide the documents prior to being assigned onto the team.
